As part of the new scheme there will be 2 x ground floor commercial units available To Let. The units vary in size and both provide ample outside seating opportunities. The larger Unit 3D provides a riser cable of commercial extract ducting and would therefore suit a restaurant / café. The smaller unit 3F is in the centre of the new scheme and would be ideally suited to a retail bakery or café providing a quality amenity for the local residents. Other types of uses will however be considered in context of the wider scheme.
Due to the units being part of a new building, they will be handed over in a shell and core condition and will require a full tenant fit out. Both units will sit directly underneath residential apartments.
