If you are travelling to Sheffield for a Conference or a Special Event, you will want to consider travelling along the London route with East Midlands Railway.

If you have planned in plenty of time, you will find some great early bird offers on the East  Midlands Railway website. If, however, it is closer to the event and the early deals have gone- why not take advantage of our partnership tickets with EMR?

Our tickets are available on EMR operated routes between London and Sheffield only.  They are standard off peak returns for £99.00 in standard class or £130.00 in first class.

Coming soon... EMR will be operating their new fleet – which includes state of the art Aurora InterCity trains featuring free WIFI and more bike space.

How does it work?

• Ordering a ticket is simple- just download our order form below, complete steps 1 to 3 and return it to us. 
• Once your order is approved we’ll send you a payment link and organise a seat reservation for you.
• You should always check fares on the East Midlands Railway website before purchasing any tickets, there may be some extra special advance purchase discounts available.
• You'll need to allow at least 7 working days between ordering your ticket and your date of travel. 
• Tickets must be collected from the ticket collection machines prior to travel. You will need your reference number along with any card (this is only for authorisation purposes) to obtain your tickets. We’ll email your reference number upon receiving payment. 
• Don’t forget to refer to the full terms and conditions and restrictions detailed on the booking form.
