Phlegm: Pandemic Diary

Work by one of Sheffield’s most popular artists, Phlegm is set be celebrated at this new exhibition, running at the Millennium Gallery, Saturday 13 January - Sunday 7 July. Pandemic Diaries showcases a spectacular series of over 60 drawings made throughout the 2020 lockdown.

Fan City Sheffield

Get ready for Fan City, the newest fan zone coming to the heart of Sheffield this summer. Not only offering a great match day experience for the Euros 2024, but also live music, family activities and film screenings throughout June/July.

Chariots of Fire

A heart-pounding new production set to a soaring musical score, adapted from the Oscar-winning movie by Mike Bartlett and directed by Robert Hastie - see Chariots of Fire on the Crucible stage in Sheffield, 6 - 27 July.

Sheffield Pinknic 2024

Sheffield's biggest LGBTQ+ event, Pinknic is back in the Peace Gardens for 2024, taking place on Saturday 13 July, with a host of live music, entertainment and stalls.

Goldsmiths North 2024

90s Fest Super Bowl

90s ravers are you ready? The UK's biggest 90's festival returns to Sheffield's Don Valley Bowl for another huge day of partying on Saturday 13 July, bringing a whole host of nostalgic live acts and DJs.

Sheffield Grand Prix 2024

Bringing competitive cycling back to the streets of Sheffield's city centre , Sheffield Grand Prix is back on Wednesday 17 July. The event will once again be part of the British Cycling National Circuit Race Series, attracting the UK’s top teams and riders.

Bassfest 2024

Bringing some of the biggest names in bass for a weekend of high-octane partying, Bassfest returns to Sheffield's Don Valley Bowl 20 - 21 July.

Tramlines 2024

Sheffield’s biggest party! Tramlines returns to Hillsborough Park 26 -28 July for their 16th edition.

The Fringe Stage at Devonshire Green 2024

Once again, Devonshire Green in Sheffield's city centre will be home to The Fringe Stage- a family-friendly area, with loads of live music from a wide variety of genres 27 - 28 July.

Sheffield by the Seaside

Rock N Roll Circus 2024

Art in the Gardens

Taking place Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 September 2024 in Sheffield's stunning Botanical Gardens, Art in the Gardens is one of the largest outdoor art markets in the North of England, with artists, craft makers and visitors coming from across the UK.

Sheffield Heritage Open Days 2024

Part of the nationwide celebrations, Sheffield’s biggest festival of heritage and culture takes place between 6 - 15 September with over 100 FREE tours, walks, exhibitions and events.

Sheffield 10K 2024

Sheffield 10K is set to take place on Sunday 29 September, with thousands of runners of all abilities taking part. 

Festival of the Mind 2024

Taking place 19 -29 September, Festival of the Mind is a biennial celebration of world-class research, showcasing collaborative projects produced by academics from the University of Sheffield and artistic talent from Sheffield's creative industries.

Float Along Festival 2024

Back for their third year, Float Along festival makes a welcome return to Sheffield on Saturday 28 September, with another encompassing mix of post-punk and psychedelic rock, as well as the best in indie and alternative music.

Sensoria 2024

A celebration of a city and its music, film, art and electronica, Sensoria festival's 17th edition will once again bring live events and exhibitions to iconic venues across Sheffield, 3 - 6 October.

No Bounds 2024

No Bounds is thrilled to announce their 7th edition this year to be held across 11 venues in the heart of Sheffield & Rotherham, UK.

Off The Shelf Festival of Words 2024

Sheffield's annual festival celebrating books, words and ideas, is one of the UK’s largest literary festivals. Taking place 17 27 October, the festival will be bringing some of the biggest names in literary talent, media and the arts to South Yorkshire.

Les Misérables - The Arena Spectacular

Les Misérables - The Arena Spectacular embarks on a World Tour from September 2024, opening with a strictly limited run of UK dates, that will bring this beloved musical phenomenon to Sheffield's Utilita Arena 10 - 13 October.

Steel City Beer and Cider Festival 2024

The annual beer and cider festival hosted by the Campaign for Real Ale in Sheffield, offers a massive selection of the best beer, cider and perry, plus live music and street food. They'll be back at Kelham Island Museum again 16 - 19 October.

Celluloid Screams 2024

Sheffield's annual Horror Film Festival, celebrating the best in classic and contemporary horror cinema! Celluloid Screams will host another weekend of big screen scares at the Showroom Cinema 24 - 27 October.

Autumn Lights at Don Valley Bowl

Autumn Lights returns to Don Valley Bowl for their fireworks fiesta on Bonfire Night Tuesday 5 November. Alongside Sheffield's biggest fireworks display, there will live music, DJ, fire/ light performers, laser shows, fun fair and street food.
