DC Outdoors activities during Festival of the Outdoors
We're joining up with DC Outdoors to bring a whole host of outdoor activities on each weekend of the Festival of the Outdoors 2025.
Get your thrill of adventure in canoe taster sessions, weaselling at Higger Tor, climbing experiences at Burbage North, and stand-up paddleboarding along Sheffield's canals for a special rate of 50% off throughout March.
Once you’ve had a quick introduction to the equipment and after a short safety briefing, you’ll get to grips with the outdoor activities and then put your new found skills to the test.

Additional Information
Equipment will be provided, but please bring your own warm, old clothing and waterproofs. For rock-based activities, long sleeves and trousers are best suited.
Please allow yourself extra time to travel on Sunday 23 March, as there may be increased traffic due to Sheffield Half Marathon road closure.
