Kick off the adventure with coffee and pastries followed by an immersive market tour experience. You’ll start by sourcing fresh, seasonal ingredients from the Moor Market, meeting local stallholders who’ll help guide your selections - all within the budget provided.

Once your basket is full, head back to the BCF kitchens, where their expert Chef will help you turn those ingredients into culinary magic; wrap the day up by sitting down for a ‘fashionably late’ lunch complimented with beer and wine, sampling the delicious dishes you've created.
