Peace on Earth

Come and enjoy festive music in the city centre on the afternoon of Saturday 7th December. Three local choirs sing songs of joy and peace in aid of UNICEF, supporting children in conflict zones across the world.

The choirs are Carfield Community Choir, a lively community choir based in Heeley, the Sheffield Carers’ Choir, and the Inspire Choir, who are a learning-disability-friendly choir from Chesterfield.

There will be some familiar songs, some that might be new to you, and some that were not written as Christmas songs but celebrate the values of Christmas – peace, love, and generosity of spirit.

Now more than ever come and celebrate what we humans have in common and find hope for the future.
