Sheffield City Council is thrilled that the Lionesses have made it to the UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 Final and will be showing support with a live screening of the final hosted in Tudor Square on Sunday 27 July.
Gates will open from 3pm, with live coverage from 3:30pm ahead of kick off at 5pm.
There will be space for up to 2,500 England fans to come together and cheer on the national women's team, with spaces allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Let’s fill Tudor Square with pride and passion for our Lionesses, including Sheffield's own Esme Morgan!
For safety reasons, once the space reaches capacity, it will not be possible to let anyone else in, so please arrive early to avoid disappointment.

Where is the screening taking place?
The live screening will be held in Tudor Square, Sheffield. Public entry will be from Norfolk Street entrance to the site (opposite Norfolk Row)
When is the event?
Sunday 27th July 2025. Gates open at 3pm, live coverage will begin from 3:30pm and the match kicks off at 5:00pm BST.
Do I need a ticket?
No, the event is free and unticketed. Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis.
How many people can attend?
The space can accommodate up to 2,500 fans. Once capacity is reached, no further entry will be allowed for safety reasons.
Will there be food and drink available?
Yes there will be some snack and drink provision. No alcohol will be permitted on site and will not be on sale.
Can I bring food and drink in with me?
Visitors are permitted to bring in food and drink with them but this must be limited to soft drinks, water and all food must fit within a bag no bigger than A4.
Will seating be provided?
Seating will not be provided. The event is standing only due to capacity.

Can I bring flags?
No, flags are not permitted.
Are there toilets available?
Toilets will be available down the side of the Lyceum and Crucible.
Is the event family-friendly?
Absolutely! This is a family-friendly event and all ages are welcome. Anyone under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I bring my dog?
It is not possible to bring dogs to the event. Disability dogs are permitted.
Will searches be conducted upon entry?
Yes, bag checks will be carried out before entering.
What items are not allowed?
For everyone’s safety, glass bottles, alcohol, flags and large umbrellas are not permitted.
Will there be commentary or entertainment?
Yes, the match will be shown with live commentary from the television coverage. There will not be any pre-match entertainment.
How can we clean up after?
As with every event hosted in the city centre, street cleaning teams are arranged in advance to ensure the location is left in a clean condition. Can all visitors to please put their rubbish in the bins provided to help the teams clean up as quickly as possible.
Are medical tents on site?
Yes there will be medical tents.
