What is a Boulevardier? The name 'Boulevardier' comes from a twist on a classic negroni cocktail, using rye whiskey or bourbon instead of gin. A simple substitution? Hardly. The bittersweet interplay between Campari and vermouth remains, but the whiskey changes the storyline. Where the Negroni is crisp and lean, the Boulevardier is rich and intriguing. There's a small difference in the preparation, but the result is absolutely stunning.

​They offer a range of 120+ gins​, wine supplied by Le Bon Vin, speciality cocktails along with your usual classics. Draught beers include Birra Moretti, Neckoil Ipa, Heineken Silver and John Smiths. They also serve bottled ales from Thornbridge Brewery & Bradfield Brewery.
