A friendly small batch micro-bakery located in the heart of Meersbrook, Sheffield.
I Said Bread believe that, as the main component in baked goods, the quality of the flour is key, so they focus on UK-grown cereals that are grown in a way that respects the environment, without the use of chemical fertilisers and pesticides.
All their loaves are made using a sourdough starter which enhances the flavour of the grains and makes it easier to digest.
Alongside their loaves, they also sell a changing selection of sweet and savoury bakes too.

Thursday and Friday : 8am - 2pm
Saturday: 9am - 2pm
Sunday : 9am - 1pm
