Pellizco

Serving up up award-winning Mexican street food, Pellizco has successfully evolved from a traditional street food operation, popping up at events across the UK, to having their very restaurant now, at Dyson Place.

Their menu is inspired by Mexico, influenced by chefs, cities and states across the country and in the UK and based around the concept of antojitos, which roughly translates as "little cravings".

These form many of Mexico's authentic street food menus and are designed for sharing, with 2 -3 dishes per person recommended. 

Pellizco's ethos is based around fresh ingredients and sustainability, alongside flavours, textures and presentation to represent the traditional Mexican methods, adapted for the use of fresh, seasonal and local British ingredients. They also make a mean Margarita!
