Meet Marianne. Marianne helps with investments, relocations and expansions. She’s an expert on Sheffield’s commercial property market & development pipeline and always ready to discuss property or site locations, liaise with agents, prepare briefs or manage site visits and tours of the city (including the all-important meet and greet).

She’s experience and well connected with colleagues to support on navigating the Sheffield landscape helping with things such as planning, grants, finance, recruitment/ skills advice, supply chain links, innovation projects or sustainability. She’ll support you in engaging with Sheffield’s local and national supply chain partners and introduce you to local business networks.

Marianne comes from a business development and account management background and now has over 7 years public sector inward investment experience, supporting business expansion and relocating projects creating thousands of new jobs. She’s worked across a multitude of business sectors including tech, advanced manufacturing/ logistics, life science and business finance and professional services. 

Marianne moved to Sheffield to study 20 years ago and has since called the city home. She immediately fell in love with the friendly nature, the vibrant city centre and the sense of community and focus on green spaces.
