Tabitha

Tabitha studied LLB (Hons) Law at Sheffield Hallam and is now working as a barrister at Park Square Barristers in Leeds where she practises criminal law and acts as an independent advocate for both the prosecution and defence.

Before starting at Park Square Barristers, Tabitha worked as a preparatory litigator on a case involving UK nationals indicted in the state of Greece for international fraud. During the case, Tabitha attended the Supreme Court in Athens to see how the Greek justice system works first-hand.

'My greatest achievement to date is being called to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple and securing a position at Park Square Barristers in such a competitive field.

'Without Sheffield Hallam I wouldn’t be where I am today with my career. My future ambitions are to become Queens Council (QC), or it will probably be King’s Council by that point, and to become a Recorder in the Crown Court.'
