Tracey Henstock - Business Information Officer

Tracey is an enthusiastic and very approachable individual who has dedicated all of her working life to helping people become their best selves. She has a varied background beginning her career in the civil service. With many years experience as a Hypnotherapist, NLP, and Mindfulness Teacher, Tracey's passion for personal development led her to follow her own entrepreneurial journey by opening Sheffield's very first Prosecco bar.  She developed an expertise in creating unique Prosecco cocktails and organising tasting events, her bar quickly became the go-to destination. Tracey's creativity extended beyond drinks as she launched vintage afternoon teas and introduced a  range of continental food.

Tracey is a natural creative, often thinking outside of the box, with great attention to detail, she trained her team to create lasting memories for her customers.

Throughout her journey, Tracey has gained valuable experience in licensing, being a personal license holder herself, planning, and menu development, becoming well-versed in all aspects of the hospitality industry including growing a substantial online following via social media. After successfully growing and ultimately selling that business, she now owns a local gift shop.

Tracey is a firm believer in the power of determination and perseverance. She lives by the motto "where there's a will, there's a way - and there is always a way". She fully understands how difficult having your own business can be, experiencing and overcoming many of her own challenges along the way.
