Sheffield’s most innovative and experimental music festival

Since 2017, No Bounds has been breaking down barriers and building new bridges through music, art, and technology. Presenting a special weekend of music, art, technology and dancing in October each year, No Bounds is Sheffield’s "wildly innovative festival" that perfectly welds past and present.

Though majoring in electronic music primarily, the multi-disciplinary festival crosses into many genres to present an array of unique musical experiences in contrasting venues, capturing the essence of Sheffield’s contemporary scene while also acknowledging the city’s industrial past.

More than just music performances, No Bounds also incorporates visual art, poetry, film, talks and debates, alongside a growing educational strand which includes DJ workshops, live coding and music journalism.

2024: Agency & Revelation

No Bounds returns to its full, unfettered, and boldly explorative multi-venue mode to deliver the most adventurous festival to date, with a huge programme of events for their 7th edition from 11 -13 October 2024.

With Sheffield as a backdrop, a city with a history steeped in ground-breaking musical discoveries, the festival continues to write this narrative by showcasing both local, established, and up-and-coming artists and collectives, alongside internationally acclaimed acts.

Set to be hosted in multiple venues sprawling from Sheffield to Rotherham, the theme for 2024 is ‘Agency & Revelation' which explores and shines a light onto transitional and hidden spaces, places, connections and stories.
